Welcome to our villa
We would like to introduce ourselves.We are Maria & Paul Soal and are the proud owners of Disney Sanctuary Villa. We vacation here with our family twice a year and know what is important for an enjoyable vacation. With this in mind we enjoy updating and adding new amenities to the villa as we would like to ensure that your stay is as memorable as possible.
Why choose our villa? We know that there are many villas to choose from however we are happy that our villa has more to offer than the average villa
- The outside space - our villa has an extended pool deck and large covered lanai and this really does make a difference. There is so much space to enjoy the pool and you can happily dine outside without worrying about a passing shower as well as offering comforting shade in the heat of the summer
- Outside pool bath - This is a luxury only found at selected villas. Whilst you are enjoying our wonderful pool area there is no need to go inside (unless you are topping up the ice cold drinks). This is particularly helpful when there are small children
- Location - Ths Sanctuary at West Haven is located within the Champions Gate area which is a luxury, elegant and very safe area. From the manicured boulevards to the feeling of space it is hard to imagine that you are only 15 minutes from Disney. After a long day at one of the exciting theme parks it is an amazing feeling to come home to your own peace of Sanctuary.
- Modern amenities - The villa has been equipped with a flatscreen cable tv in every room including a 42" HDTV in the great room with HD DVR and upgraded cable and a 32" flatscreen TV in the master suite. There is also complimentary WIFI internet access and all telephone calls are included.
- The villa itself - High cathedral ceilings, contempory furnishings and decor and plenty of space. There are 4 large bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins), 3 full bathrooms a wonderful open plan great room and kitchen diner. The villa is fully equipped and has everything you would need for a stay.
- Excellent value - Compared to a hotel our villa offers amazing value for money. The villa can accomodate up to 8 people from as little as $100 per night. Even a small suite in a hotel can cost double this and do they come with their own pool?
