All prices are
inclusive of all sales taxes and cleaning fee
There is
a $200 security deposit which is payable in addition to the rental
amount - this is refundable normally within 2 weeks of your stay as
per our terms and conditions
The
price is for the entire villa for one week and not per
person
Pool
heating available at $120 per week, recommended October - April,
please request at booking

For
stays of less than 1 week an additional cleaning fee will be
payable of $85 per visit
There are no hidden extras....once your booking is accepted the
price will not change and there are no additional
costs
