We found the Villa to be a great spot! It was very close to all venues we planned (Disney & Sea World) and the advantage of having a strip mall with the necessities (pharmacy, grocery, liquor, bank, etc.) was a very pleasant find. My husband was particularly delighted to find the golf course (Champion’s Gate) near to the Villa. The area is quiet and you feel very secure in the home. We certainly enjoyed our trip and again, I thank you. The Villa was excellent!

We had a great time and the villa suited us perfectly - my husband and I and our 5 year-old took the master, the grandparents took the twin room behind that, and our friends took the queen and twin attached bedrooms across the entry hall - everyone had their seperate space and baths and it worked out just perfectly when we each needed our quiet time. The house seemed to be in great shape - the bed linens were wonderful and the house was clean. Your home is wonderfully situated in both the immediate gated community as well as the overall area in as far as the distance to attractions, shopping, beaches, etc. and we would not hesitate to suggest it to friends in the future. We had a great week in Florida and look forward to returning next year or possibly next fall sometime between Halloween and Christmas - it's hard to wait an entire year to return!

Comments - We had a great time in Orlando, and it was great to have the villa to go home to after a long day of sun and fun. It was just the right size for the 6 of us, to keep our privacy as well as to spend time together at dinner. It was very clean and comfortable and we were able to feel so much more at home than if we had stayed in a hotel. We felt that the quiet neighbourhood and the proximity to the parks made the villa an ideal place to stay.

Comments - I just wanted to take a moment to share with you how much we enjoyed our stay at the Disney Sanctuary villa. It was the most enjoyable family trip we have taken since the birth of our daughter (two years ago). It was fantastic that she could have her own "special" room; we all slept so peacefully every night! Also, before arriving, I was unsure of how warmly to expect the pool to be heated - but it was perfect! We went swimming multiple times each day, and didn't have to worry about our reluctant two year-old swimmer getting splashed - because we had the whole pool to ourselves! I doubt that we will stay in a hotel again. Our Florida experience was awesome!

Comments - We really enjoyed the villa. It was very clean and comfortable. We felt very safe and secure with the locked gates at night. The location was excellent. We drove to both coasts in an hour or less and it was also very close to all the attractions.
