  • I HAVE NEVER STAYED IN A VILLA BEFORE, WHY CHOOSE A VILLA RATHER THAN A HOTEL?

A Villa is very spacious offering you a living area, kitchen and dining area in addition to the bedrooms. As the villa has 4 bedrooms it is excellent value when comparing the cost of 2 or more hotel rooms. Rates are as low as $100 per night for the entire villa and that is inclusive of all taxes. Our villa also offers you your own private pool. There is also no need to worry about parking as there is a large drive and double garage.


  • WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING ON VACATION?

Our holiday villa is fully furnished and includes all towels and bed linen. The kitchen is also well equipped and has everything you will need for your vacation. There are US DVD players if you would like to bring your own DVD's. 


  • WHY SHOULD I BOOK THE VILLA DIRECT WITH THE VILLA OWNER?

Most of the villas are privately owned and you will find booking direct with the owner is the most cost effective way. You can also see the exact villa that you will be staying in and its individual furnishings so there are no surprises when you arrive. References from our Florida Management company are available should you require any reassurance.


  • WHERE IS THE VILLA LOCATED?

Check our location page for a map of where to find our villa. Disney Sanctuary Villa is just a 2 minutes drive from the I-4 giving excellent access to Orlando's attractions. Disney itself is only a 10-15 minutes drive.


  • WHAT AMENITIES ARE THERE NEARBY?

There is a large Publix supermarket just 2 minutes drive away together with a McDonalds, Subway, Pizzeria, Chili's and Chinese restaurant. Also nearby are a 24 hours Walgreens pharmacy and gas stations that have a range of food outlets inside. In addition to these facilities within a 4 minute drive you will find a selection of your favourite eateries and restaurants and the excellent Posner Park. You are also next door to the magnificent Champions Gate golf complex.


  • HOW DO I BOOK THE VILLA?

Just email us with the dates that you are interested in and we will confirm if they are available. If they are we will send you a booking form by email although this can be posted to you if you prefer. You then just return the completed booking form with your 20% deposit and we will send you a letter of confirmation.


  • HOW DO I PAY THE DEPOSIT?

We accept checks, credit card, and Paypal. We can also accept bank transfers upon request.


  • WHEN IS THE BALANCE OF THE HOLIDAY PAYMENT DUE?

The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. This will include the  security deposit and the cost of pool heating if it is required. Once this payment has been received we will send your final booking confirmation together with full directions and the access codes for the community gate and villa entrance.


  • WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

The deposit is $200 regardless of the length of your stay and is fully refundable within 30 days of when you leave the property assuming there is no damage to the villa. Should loss/damage occur, a deduction will be made to the amount of replacement/repair and the balance returned to you. Minor breakages will not be deductible.


  • DO I NEED POOL HEATING?

Generally speaking pool heating is not required May to September. If you decide that you would like pool heating this can be arranged at the time of booking, the cost is $120 per week. However if you choose not to have pool heat and you change your mind once you are there our management company can arrange this for you and this is payable locally at a daily rate.


  • WHERE DO I COLLECT THE KEY TO OUR VACATION HOME?

The villa operates on a keyless entry system, So no need to worry about collecting your key and  registering at a different location. The system is fantastic as it means that you don't need to carry house keys with you when you are visiting the theme parks. Full details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

  • WHAT IS SOMETHING GOES WRONG?

Our villa is managed by a local management company who operate a 24 hour emergency toll-free number. So if you do encounter a problem there is no need to worry as help is at hand.
